Questions Homeowners Ask
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. No call-out fee, no inspection fee, nothing to pay on the day. We do it because most siding quotes in this area are guesses made from the driveway, and we would rather show you the wall.
Do you have to take siding off my house?
Usually one small section, low down on the weather side where it is least visible, and we put it straight back the same visit. Looking behind the siding is the only way to know what is really going on, because the damage starts out of sight.
What if my siding turns out to be fine?
Then we tell you that and go home. It happens regularly. You will have photos and a moisture reading on file, which is useful the next time you wonder about it or when you sell.
How much does siding replacement cost?
It depends on the size of the house, how much sheathing needs replacing, and how much trim work is involved. Anyone quoting you a number before seeing the wall is guessing. After the check you get a written estimate with the warranties printed on it.
Which areas do you cover?
Redding, Anderson, Shasta Lake, Palo Cedro, Cottonwood, Chico and Paradise. If you are outside that, call and ask. We will tell you honestly whether it is a drive we can make.
Are you licensed and insured?
